Scribe Media Update 6/23/23 – Potential Buyer, Enduring Ventures, Signs Letter of Intent
Enduring Ventures has signed a letter of intent to purchase Scribe Media assets and possibly take over the brand through a new business entity, as per Scribe’s official LinkedIn page and Austin Business Journal.
It should be noted that Scribe CEO JeVon McCormick resigned recently, as did second in command Meghan McCracken. So, if Scribe Media is purchased (and that’s a big “IF”) by Enduring Ventures after going through a due diligence process, Scribe Media will operate with entirely new leadership and with a much smaller crew, as they have already laid off around 90 employees.
